Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy:

Bella K wants to ensure that you are happy with your purchase so we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on any product bought on within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging. If your product is defective and was purchased at, we allow 60 days from date of purchase to return the product for an exchange or credit. If your product is defective and was purchased in a store, please return your item to the store in which you purchased it for a replacement or refund. 


Unfortunately, purchases made in a store cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason via Any merchandise purchased from a store does not qualify for a warranty through and must be returned or exchanged according to that store’s policy. Any returns of in store purchases sent to will not be processed for a credit. Please contact the store in which you purchased your product directly for more information.


How To Process Your Return/Exchange:

To initiate your exchange/return, first call us at 480-650-3803 or send an email to Please ship your product to our North Carolina address below and include the original packing slip. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note that specifies the order #, item you are returning including the size and color. For the items you wish to receive an exchange, please specify the product name, color, and size of the item you would like to exchange it for. To ensure that the package arrives back to us safely and timely, please ship via pre-paid method such as USPS or FedEx. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries or any packages without a return shipping address. For your protection, we suggest using a trackable and insured method, although it is not required.
